And here is another:
'Chi in Nature's Lineage Learning
Stage 1- Moon Sung (entrée student)
1. Intro to the stage
(look at the website)
2. Basic Ethics and Respect
The basic of all is to know your Tin Si. Tin Si meaning the heavenly master
means a representative master approved by heaven in Taoism. Mak Tin Si and
Lau Tin Si are the two Tin Si (s) who were approved and granted the pose
from Jeung Dao Ling who is the first Tin Si in the Han Dynasty. Tin Si is
different from a normal master or instructor. A Tin Si do held more power in
Taoism which you may be able to experience later on in your future learning.
Talking to your Tin Si is very important but always talks with a polite tone
with your Tin Si. Asking questions polity and positively will lead you to
great learnings from your Tin Si.
3. Learning the Lineage Poem
Know the poem and memorize it.
Chi in Nature's Official Lineage Poem

Duk Jung Sam Ching Jing, Chin Goo Wing Lau Chuen.
The way to memorize:
- Do breathings (10sec each) for 5mins. (Inhale and exhale with your nose.)
- Start to listen to the sound clip and make the word. Try to say it loud
with the sound clip to get the right sounding.
- Once you get it, memorize the whole poem in Chinese.
- You must also know the definition of the poem to be able to get the poem
to work. Once you can memorize the meaning of the poem in English, you will
have the definition of the poem in the back of your mind all the time. So it
becomes a part of your nature.
After you are done with this practice, go on the next stage "Lineage poem
energy building exercise." for 49days of continuous daily practice.
4. Lineage Poem Energy Building Exercise
1. Dress well, do not dress in pajamas, and prefer to dress in clean
clothing. This process is allowing you to attune to the lineage's energy
source. If you dress in dirty cloths, you attract negative energy instead of
the pure Taoism energy you are getting from the lineage.
2. Wash your face and rinse your mouth with cold water.
3. Make sure you have gone to the washroom and prepared for the training.
4. Sit cross leg in a clean room. Back facing north, front facing south.
Body straight and back straight. Do not lean forward. Hands relaxed and
place your hands on the both lap, palms face upward. Relax.
5. Eyes closed 70%, look downward and relax. Breathings (10sec each) for
2mins, empty your mind and do not think about anything. Your mind shall be
empty and hollow. No feelings, no thoughts, no images.
6. Now raise both arms sideways and put both palms to a closing palm
position in front of your chest. This is like a position how we greet
people, both hands closed in front of the chest.
7. Start to say the lineage poem in Chinese, 49 times. The poem can be done
in any speed you like, but faster the better, make sure you can hear each
word, do not mumble or slur. Do the poem in a light voice, do not yell.
While doing the poem, do not think about anything. Keep your mind empty.
Make sure the counting of 49 is right!
8. After you are done, relax both hands to the lap position and do
breathings (10sec each) for 3 times. Relax and done.
9. On the 49th day, after the last practice is done, face east, kneel down
and close your palms. Say: "Thank you for attuning me to the NG YIN DO PAI
lineage." Bow 3 times. Done.
This practise must be done in 49days in a row, non-stop. If you do stop for
one day, you have to add 7days of practise to your schedule.
After this simple exercise is done, you will be attuned fully to the moon
sung stage energy of Chi in Nature lineage. You can use the lineage poem in
many situations, consult Mak Tin Si for more teachings and usages of the
poem.
